Returns and Refunds
Under the Sales of Goods Act 1979 we will refund or exchange any items that are faulty within 14 days of receipt as long as the goods are returned with their original packaging, have not been used and are in the condition they were received. We will be liable for the cost of shipping/handling returned goods where such goods are faulty.
We will also exchange or refund non faulty goods provided they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt, in the original packaging and condition. Postage is not refunded by us in these circumstances. We advise you send the items recorded delivery as we cannot refund items that get lost in the post on return to us.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, please contact us in writing if you wish to return an item prior to doing so - unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Please be aware that bespoke products or personalised products are non-refundable.
All handmade goods are subject to the standard variations that can occur with fabric and/or handmade items i.e. patterns can occur in slightly different places according to the design of the product and may vary slightly from stock photographs. In these circumstances, the items are not considered to be faulty.
If you do not specify a preference where there is more than one choice as an option, then any colour will be allocated and dispatched to you.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
